Are you talking about android version? Anyway, if you download it from Itch - it works fine

What do you mean? What is NTR?
NTR is short for netorare, which (to my knowledge) essentially means cheating. Basically, they don't want the girls to cheat on the MC
I literally see a QoS symbol on the cover and in the screenshot. NTR and race play go hand-in-hand usually.
